Race Rail BMW S1000RR | 2019-2024

Our BMW S1000RR Race Rails for the years 2019-2024 are designed to fit perfectly without any modifications to your fairings. We developed these rails with the 2023 BMW S1000RR in mind to ensure that they provide the best protection for your OEM wings and are compatible with the 2019-2024 models. 

We achieved this by designing a CNC Billet aluminum bracket that can be mounted on the left side of the bike (Clutch Side). This allowed us to create a NO CUT KIT. It took us eight months to develop this bracket and ensure that the product meets our high standards. The bracket will be included with all BMW S1000RR race rail kits for the years 2019-2024.

All Racer Rails include replaceable Delrin slider end caps and all necessary installation hardware for left and right side rails.

What happened to all the other powder Coating Colors Impaktech used to offer? 

We have decided to discontinue over 15 different colors to reduce our wait times. As a result, we now offer only our eight best-selling colors. We regret to inform you that we currently cannot provide any custom powder coating colors. If you are interested in a color unavailable on our website, we recommend ordering a RAW race rail and painting it by a professional. 

Where is my race rail made?

All Impaktech Race Rails are manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility located in Riverside, California, USA. We have been industry leaders since 2008!

Materials: All Race Rails are made of 1.25” X 0.120” wall DOM tubing from high-grade American steel. They are the strongest and lightest rails in the industry, and they come with a Lifetime Warranty.

CNC Machined: We take pride in our partial CNC manufactured race rail, the first of its kind in the business. Each race rail mounting point is CNC machined from a solid steel round bar, making it incredibly strong and durable. Our race rails are built to last the motorcycle's lifetime, and we guarantee that there will be no broken welds at critical spots.

Hardware: All the required grade 8 hardware is provided for the installation.

Replacement Sliders:  Our sliders are made of Delrin and designed to handle road impact with exceptional durability using CNC machining technology.

Protection: We have put a lot of time and effort into researching and developing our Race Rails to protect your bike.
