If I order one crash cage, is that just for one side or the entire kit?
Our Impaktech Crash Cage is sold as a complete kit, including both the left and right sides and all necessary hardware for installation of the crash cage. The rear adjustable subcage is sold separately.
Do you make products for my motorcycle?
All of our products are available on our website at Impaktech.com. We have a year, make, and model search feature located at the top of the home page. If your vehicle is not listed in the search, it means we currently do not offer any products for that motorcycle. However, we are constantly working to expand our range by adding more motorcycles to our catalog. To stay updated on our latest product releases, we recommend following us on Instagram, where we post all our newest updates. (Instagram @Impaktech)
Can you make a custom crash cage for my motorcycle?
We do not offer custom crash cage services at Impaktech. All available crash cages are listed on our website. You can use the year, make, model search feature on our homepage to find the products you need.

How can I get my order sent our faster?
The delivery time for your order depends on the products you've chosen. If you select a color for your products, the wait times will be longer. The quickest way to receive an order is to choose the RAW option, which means the product will be delivered without any color coating. It will arrive as bare metal or bare aluminum, depending on the product. If you initially ordered a product with a long wait time, you can email us at Impaktechusa@gmail.com to request a change to the RAW option. Any price difference will be refunded to your account, and your order will be able to ship out within 1-5 days, depending on availability.
The second option is to email us and inquire about the colors we currently have in stock for your order. If it's a popular bike, we usually have gloss black or other colors available for immediate shipping. For instance, if you've ordered a candy red crash cage for a 2024 ZX6R, and there's a 6-week wait, you can email us for alternative options. If we have a gloss black or raw cage in stock, you can choose either to avoid the wait times.
What is "RAW"?
Raw means that the product does not have any color and is in a bare state. If you order a product made from mild steel, such as our crash cage, it will come in bare metal. It is your responsibility to get the product powder coated or painted. A raw crash cage is not intended to be installed as surface rust can start to appear.
If you order a raw product made from billet aluminum, the part will arrive with a shiny finish. Raw CNC parts can be installed without any coating, and no rust will appear.
Ordering raw parts is the quickest way to receive your order.
What time does Impaktech open?
We are open from Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 5 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time). Please be informed that our customer service department remains closed during weekends and on all major holidays.
Our store front is located at 1525 Marbriogh Ave Unit D, Riverside, CA 92503. Kindly note that our door is always locked, so please ring the doorbell if you require any assistance.
How can I get in contact with a representative?
Our customer service representatives are available Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm PST (California time). You can call us at 951-233-7335. If we do not answer, please leave a detailed voicemail regarding your inquiry. We are not available 24/7, so please don't be alarmed if we don't pick up. As long as you leave a voicemail, we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

I don't have a tracking number yet.
A tracking number will be sent from our official Impaktech email, Impaktechusa@gmail.com, once your order is ready to ship. Until then, a tracking number will not be sent. Please note that Route will NOT send you any tracking information. Route is only a package protection service.
I haven't received any updates on my order. What is going on?
Please note that Impaktech USA will not be providing order updates during the waiting period of your order. Due to high demand for our products, it is not feasible to send updates to each customer. You can find the estimated wait times for each product on our website under the product description. If you would like an update on your order, please email Impaktechusa@gmail.com and wait for a representative to respond. Make sure to include your full name and order number in the email.
Can I have Free Stickers?
Yes, if you would like an Impaktech sticker sent to you, please email us at Impaktechusa@.com, and we will send it out via USPS. This option is only valid for our customers in the USA.
Can I have a tour of your shop?
Yes, we offer free tours Monday to Friday. Please email Alex at Impaktechusa@gmail.com to book a tour date. All tour dates must be booked in advance.
